Real Run 09'

This run is especially difficult due to the terrain. it has a combination of off-road, road and beach and it was hell difficult to run on the beach with all the loose sand and incline offset. thou it is only like 10km it should have been a piece of cake but i haven been running for a long time.

Didnt set my pocket touch app before hand and wasnt able to use it. the app was set to skip track when i shake the iphone and while running it was constantly skipping track due to the bouncing movement. so i had to off it and endure listening to non-motivating music without the chance of skipping tracks when i want to with a flick of my finger. running was a bore!

I reached the finish line at approx 1hr 4min barely made it for the timing of the endurance run component of the Combat Skill Badge which i completed in 50mins. I'm getting lazy -> weaker as time pass. muscles are already non existent. no more buffy buffy look like the days in the army.

i came back 3rd to Danny who is 2nd and Galen who is 1st. Galen came back in 53mins good timing for a secondary school kid. and talk about secondary school, alot of kids were running in this marathon and hell they were fast.!! all this kids made it seems so effortless they dun have the "shag" look on the faces at all, at least not on those i saw..

Youth, had i lost it? I'm only 22 going 23. sounds old enough to me.

yay my uncle was behind me i guess. or maybe ahead of me. i really dont know. because we all got split up. and last was as usual my brother coming back at 1hr 16min.

We went to T3 which was nearby after the run, had lunch at kopitiam and when to the car boot sales which my sister was organising. and they have free Go-Kart rides for customers who spent more than $20 during the car boot sales. but frankly speaking, the G0-Karts were slow.. nothing compared to those in thailand. but its singapore what more could u expect, its always safety first huh? or strict regulation forbids this or that. get used to it.!

Had my torture and my fun today and i fell asleep after reaching home. so tired. and i feel terrible for not studying the whole day today. because someone obviously spoilt my mood and i ended up cleaning up all my stuff from the common area as they were cluttering up everywhere..
